About this role
Monzo is looking for Senior Backend Engineers to join one of its collectives, such as Core Banking, Business Banking, Wealth, Borrowing, Payments, Platform, Fincrime or Security.
What the role involves:
- Working in a cross-functional squad with product managers, designers, analysts and other engineers
- Designing, building and supporting backend systems for a growing bank
- Some teams work closely with machine learning and AI, for example in fighting financial crime
Working pattern: London office or UK remote.
Pay: £105,000 - £135,000 base, plus incentive awards and benefits, including a £1,000 yearly learning budget.
