Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of King Edward VII's Hospital (Bupa) for a Scrub Practitioner Bank to join their team in London, UK. This flexible bank opportunity is ideal for an experienced theatre professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care within a modern private hospital. You will work alongside multidisciplinary surgical teams, supporting a wide range of elective and day-case procedures while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and theatre environments while assisting the surgical team throughout operative procedures.

• Maintain strict infection prevention, sterilisation, and patient safety standards within the operating theatre.

• Support theatre operations by checking equipment, documenting clinical activity, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Adult and/or Children) or qualified Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).

• Relevant healthcare qualification such as a Diploma/Degree in Health Care Studies or ODP Level 3 NVQ.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced theatre environment.
