In this position, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons using recognized national teaching frameworks. Working on a flexible bank basis, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule while contributing positively to the fitness journey of the local community.

Role Description

As a Swim Instructor, you will lead high-standard individual and group swimming sessions, adapting your approach to foster a safe, encouraging, and effective learning environment for diverse skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring one-to-one and group swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.

• Tailor teaching methods to accommodate individual participant needs and help them achieve their personal goals.

• Promote facility services and club memberships by building warm, professional relationships with visitors.

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable, engaging teaching style.

• Proven passion for swimming and working with participants of varying ages and abilities.
