This full-time overnight role involves working alternate weekends and offers excellent training and career progression within a supportive environment.

In this essential leadership role, you will oversee night shift operations, direct care staff, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals. You will play a vital role in resident case management, risk assessments, safe medication administration, and delivering personalized care plans to ensure residents remain safe, comfortable, and well supported throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift operations, delegating duties effectively and ensuring accurate medication administration and recording.

• Case manage residents, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with healthcare specialists and families to refine care plans.

• Partner with senior leadership to enhance service quality while working directly alongside night care assistants.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, along with proven leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a solid understanding of care planning processes.

• Experienced in or willing to undertake training for medication administration, backed by a strong commitment to resident wellbeing.
