Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Housekeeping Assistant - Bank to join the team at Richmond Villages Painswick in Gloucestershire, UK.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the retirement village, ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, hygienic, and pleasant place to call home. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will help uphold the highest standards of housekeeping while supporting the wellbeing of residents every day.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across residents' rooms, communal areas, and facilities.
Vacuum, mop, polish, and clean floors, carpets, windows, and furniture.
Wash, dry, iron, and organise residents' clothing, bedding, and communal laundry.
Operate housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
Report maintenance issues and health & safety concerns promptly.
Follow infection control, COSHH, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure an outstanding living environment for residents.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping, domestic cleaning, or hospitality experience is desirable.
Good understanding of infection control and COSHH procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Friendly, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

What We Offer

£12.40 per hour with paid breaks.
