As an Electrician within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) team, you will carry out essential electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and certification across a portfolio of residential properties throughout Coventry, Northampton, and surrounding areas.

Reactive & Remedial Works: Carry out fault finding, repairs, and maintenance across domestic properties.
Testing & Certification: Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations, ensuring complete compliance documentation is accurately recorded.
System Maintenance: Service and maintain various electrical infrastructure, including power, lighting, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and heating systems.
Technical Support: Offer expert technical guidance to maintenance colleagues and assist in resolving complex electrical issues.
Collaboration & Service Standards: Work closely with housing teams, stakeholders, and residents to achieve high performance targets and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a qualified, safety-conscious electrician with solid domestic experience and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Core Qualifications: Qualified to City & Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 (2365, 2330, or equivalent).
Industry Certifications: Holds City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition and City & Guilds 2391/52 Inspection and Testing qualifications.
Practical Experience: Proven background in carrying out electrical maintenance and testing within domestic residential dwellings.
Driving License: Full UK driving license with a willingness to travel across the regional patch.

Vetting Requirement: Ability to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire.
