Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 20.00 hours per week (Permanent)
Shift Pattern: Days (08:00 – 18:30, including some weekend work)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering the first-class food and hospitality that Barchester residents rely on. Nutrition and wellbeing go hand-in-hand, and your work in the kitchen directly enhances the daily lives of every resident.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.
Help create a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen area.
Interact positively with residents and collaborate effectively with the wider care team.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a reliable, considerate, and caring individual who takes pride in high kitchen standards.
Qualifications: No formal qualifications required!
Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or care home setting is beneficial, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most.
Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and a supportive, caring nature.
