The Role
Are you warm, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Chorleywood Manor Care Home is seeking a dedicated Concierge on a part-time contract to create a positive, lasting first impression for visitors, manage incoming communications, and provide high-quality support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing all visitors warmly to make them feel immediately welcome.
Monitoring the bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness are well-maintained.
Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
Completing administrative duties as required to support the home's daily operations.

Requirements:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities smoothly under pressure.
Strong organisational skills.
Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
