Bank Care Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shift operations, delegate daily tasks, and safely administer and log resident medications.

• Case-manage residents by carrying out risk assessments and liaising with families, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

• Work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily activities, promoting independence and overall wellbeing.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) along with proven experience supervising and leading teams.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and thorough knowledge of care planning and medication management.
