Position: Patient Liaison Officer (Permanent Role)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Duchy Hospital in Harrogate—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a customer-focused Patient Liaison Officer for their Marketing department.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern. In this key customer-facing role, you will act as a vital bridge for potential self-pay patients, expertly managing enquiries, providing accurate pre-consultation information and pricing, and driving conversion targets to secure self-pay procedures within the hospital group.
Enquiry Conversion: Convert appropriate self-pay enquiries and consultations into self-pay procedures against pre-agreed targets.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a high-quality service for prospective self-pay patients by responding accurately and promptly to enquiries from patients, consultants, medical secretaries, and the National Enquiry Centre (NEC).
Patient Journey Facilitation: Provide necessary access times, information, and professional guidance to help patients seamlessly transition to their procedures.
Pricing & Consultations: Accurately provide pre-consultation information and indicative pricing to maximize conversion rates and book patients into suitable clinic appointments.
Patient Guidance: Appropriately influence prospective patients to choose Circle Health Group for their medical procedures.
Customer Service: Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service across telephone, written, and face-to-face communications.
Sales & Influencing: Demonstrated ability to work within performance standards with strong influencing or sales skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Communication: Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal), paired with a polished telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Competitive Pay: Starting salary of up to £28,000.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and training.
Leave Allowance: 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing up to 30 days with service.
