In this premier leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for the daily operational, financial, and clinical management of the home. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, and outstanding community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and daily operational management across all departments within the care home.
Maintain clinical compliance and high standards of care aligned with legislative frameworks and regulator guidelines.
Direct commercial performance, manage home budgets, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and local authorities.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience as a Home Manager within residential and dementia care settings for older adults.
In-depth understanding of the Care Standards Act, Health and Safety legislation, and budget/accounts management.
Proven track record of driving service quality, leading teams, and introducing innovative care practices.
