Client: Barchester Healthcare (Meadow Park Care Home, Choppington Road, Bedlington, Northumberland, NE22 6LA)
Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time (44.00 Hours/Week)
Shift Pattern: Days or Nights Available
Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour (Includes a £500 Golden Hello welcome bonus!)

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Meadow Park Care Home. In this role, you will supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, support clinical needs such as medication and care reviews, and help maintain a warm, vibrant environment for our residents.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivating, with strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to resident dignity.
