Clinical Deputy Manager

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join their care home in Barnet, UK. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing clinical teams. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure excellent clinical standards and a safe, supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards of nursing care and effective care planning.

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team while managing staffing levels and clinical rotas.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners to promote exceptional care and community engagement.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and strong clinical leadership experience.

• Sound knowledge of care planning, medication management, infection control, and clinical governance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a compassionate approach to resident care.
