About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a key role in enriching the daily lives of residents by delivering high-quality, personalized care, companionship, and support.

Your key duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and personal care according to their care plans.

• Supporting residents during mealtimes with nutritional care and hydration.

• Spending quality one-to-one time with residents, sharing moments and building meaningful connections.

• Respecting individual dignity, preferences, and independence at all times.

• Adapting flexibly to day or night shifts based on your availability and the home's needs.

About You

We are seeking warm-hearted, reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to older adults.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older people in a residential, nursing, or care setting.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Attitude: A positive, "can-do" mindset with genuine empathy and patience.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shift patterns (days or nights) as bank cover requires.
