Location: Wimbledon Head Office Base (In-person role)

Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM — No On-Call or Weekends!)

Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our growing team at our Wimbledon Head Office, playing a vital role in matching the right carers with our complex care clients.

What You Will Do

• Manage and support a dedicated portfolio of client care packages, conducting regular touchpoints and client visits to ensure exceptional service.

• Work closely with clients and care teams to roster stable, consistent care rotas well in advance, keeping everyone fully informed.

• Conduct ongoing carer supervisions and annual appraisals to support your team, and proactively solve problems to maintain absolute continuity of care.
