Head Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and mentor the housekeeping team, managing shift rotas, active development, and operational budgets.

• Oversee comprehensive cleaning, hygiene, and laundry standards across all resident rooms and communal living spaces.

• Attend resident and relative meetings to understand individual care requirements and deliver service tailored to their needs.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience within a housekeeping, domestic, or healthcare environment.

• Strong organizational, team-management, and budget handling capabilities.

• Clear understanding of infection control standards paired with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.
