ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will oversee the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of residents during day shifts. Working 42 hours per week, you will rely on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, manage medication safely, and lead care staff to create a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with diverse physical and mental health needs.
Formulate, evaluate, and update comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
Administer medications safely in compliance with NMC standards and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Lead care teams on shift and manage clinical situations calmly and effectively.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLS and MCA guidelines.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered General Nurse with strong clinical expertise and a passion for person-centred care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Registration: Active, valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices, medication safety, DoLS/MCA, and regulatory standards.
Skills: Proven ability in creating detailed care plans, risk assessments, and making autonomous clinical decisions.
Mindset: Dedicated, thoughtful, and communicative with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
