Salary: £34,217.00 per annum + £400 quarterly driver bonus + excellent overtime rates
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (Minimum 6 months, Full-time, 48 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday, 05:00 AM start)

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operation: Safely drive and operate vehicles to collect industrial and commercial waste and recycling from various customers.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working effectively as part of a hard-working team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all customer and company health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
Working Pattern: Contracted 48 hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday starting at 05:00 AM, with excellent opportunities to earn enhanced overtime.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence and a valid Driver CPC card are essential.
Experience: Experience of working in the waste industry or with Rear Compaction Vehicles (RCVs) is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude.
