Complex Care Assistant (HCA)
Location: Islington, London (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Full-time and part-time available
Schedule: Flexible options including 12-hour day/night shifts or live-in placements (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to support complex care clients in their own homes in Islington. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single client's residence—you will not travel between multiple houses!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred care tailored to clients with complex medical and daily needs.
Work proactively within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift or placement.
Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

What We Are Looking For
Compassionate, reliable, and attentive personality with at least 6 months of care experience.
A proactive approach, resilience, and a readiness for a rewarding challenge.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
