What You’ll Be Doing

You will be an indispensable part of a compassionate team working together to support the overall wellbeing of our service users and ensure the smooth running of the service.

Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Your efforts are vital in keeping the service safe, comfortable, organized, and well-looked after.
Support Daily Operations: Assist with day-to-day tasks and essential administrative or environmental organization that keeps our spaces running smoothly.
Enhance the Community Experience: Whether managing spaces or assisting with operational needs, your presence helps create a positive, stable experience for everyone who lives and works here. (Note: While this specific role focuses on maintaining the living environment and operational support rather than providing direct personal care, your contribution is essential to our residents' independence.)
