Role Overview

• Position: Carer / Care Assistant

• Location: Digby Court, Christopher's Lane, Bourne, PE10 9AZ

• Pay Rate: Up to £13.62 per hour (Higher weekend pay rates available)

• Contract Type: Permanent, 48 hours per week (Various shifts and hours also available)

• Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

About Digby Court

Located in the Lincolnshire town of Bourne, Digby Court offers compassionate residential and respite care for up to 35 residents. The home is situated in a quiet residential area, just a short distance from the centre of the historic market town and its comprehensive range of shops and amenities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support) with warmth and respect.

• Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.

• Becoming part of an extended family where you'll build wonderful relationships, share laughter, and create lasting memories.

What We Are Looking For
