As our Regional Decorator, you will be the creative force behind the look and feel of our care homes in the Milton Keynes area. You’ll carry out decoration and improvement works across our Avery Healthcare group, ensuring our spaces are as welcoming, vibrant, and uplifting as the people living and working in them.
Key Responsibilities:
Source materials and equipment for various decoration projects.
Collaborate closely with Estates, Care Home, and Regional Directors to plan and deliver property improvements.
Prepare comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Conduct regular inspections and produce detailed reports on completed works.

Experience & Skills: Solid knowledge across traditional building trades, confidence with hands-on maintenance tasks, and the ability to work independently with initiative and pride.
Knowledge & Compliance: Good understanding of Health and Safety practices (including Moving & Handling and COSHH).
Requirements: Must hold a full driving licence, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare). Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours (with time off in lieu).
