Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dedicated and compassionate permanent Recovery Coordinator to join their Re-Build team in Hull.
In this specialized role, you will work directly with clients who have completed their core recovery journey, providing vital aftercare support on both a 1-1 and group basis. By fostering social reintegration, resilience, and self-determination, you will help individuals lead meaningful, purposeful lives and maintain long-term, sustainable recovery.
Aftercare & Caseload Support: Support service users through their post-recovery and aftercare journey, providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning.
Group Facilitation & Workshops: Design, prepare, and deliver structured content, pods, and tailored workshops (such as anger management, sleep disorders, and relationship support) within group settings.
Social Reintegration & Advocacy: Promote peer support, community involvement, and social reintegration while providing advocacy for access to partnership services.
Collaboration & Governance: Partner with a wide range of professionals, maintain robust information governance standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Experience & Knowledge: Solid understanding of substance misuse issues, working knowledge of mental health interventions, and experience working within a similar field.
Group Management Skills: Proven experience of working with groups or pods and managing group dynamics, conflict, or challenging behaviors.
Communication & IT Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong IT competency and proactive time-management abilities.
Requirements: Supportive, collaborative team player. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check at an enhanced level).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
