About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will step in to provide clinical leadership and high-quality cover during planned or unplanned staff absences (such as annual leave or sickness), ensuring residents' physical, psychological, and social needs are fully met.
Key Responsibilities:
Holistic Care Management: Develop, review, and evaluate individualized care plans and comprehensive risk assessments.
Safe Medication Delivery: Administer and manage medications safely in line with NMC standards and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Clinical Excellence: Exercise professional clinical judgment to manage complex health conditions and emergency situations effectively.
Supportive Environment: Provide leadership on shift, mentoring care assistants while creating a safe and dignified space for all residents.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate Registered General Nurse who takes pride in clinical excellence and thoughtful, person-centred care.
Requirements:
Professional Registration: Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Care Planning: Proven track record in producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
