Live-In / Waking Nights Care Assistant (Complex Care)
Location: Sloane Square, London (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week (Full-time and part-time available)
Schedule: Live-in placements (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) OR 12-hour Waking Nights available
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour (Waking Nights) / Daily pay rates from £134.48 (Live-In)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to support a male client in his 40s in his own home near Sloane Square. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred care tailored to our client's complex needs in his own home.
Act as a wonderful companion, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a supportive family atmosphere to daily routines.
Support the client through structured rotational live-in placements or dedicated 12-hour waking night shifts.

What We Are Looking For
Compassionate, reliable, and friendly personality with at least 6 months of care experience.
Excellent companionship skills and a natural ability to bring a comforting, person-centred presence to the home.
A commitment to working a minimum of 24 hours per week on a flexible rotational or night schedule.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
