Care Team Leader

As a Care Team Leader, you will manage shift operations, oversee medication administration, and coordinate with families and medical professionals to maintain excellent standards of individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts, delegating tasks and working alongside care assistants to promote resident independence.

• Manage resident case plans, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with healthcare stakeholders and families.

• Safely administer and record medications in full compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, alongside leadership or supervisory experience in care.

• Strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and knowledge of care planning and medication processes.

• Empathetic approach with a natural ability to support residents and lead a team effectively.
