About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Senior Night Carer for Falmouth Court Care Home.
In this crucial night leadership role, you will ensure our residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care and safety through the night. You will lead and mentor the night care team, oversee medication administration and ordering, update care plans and risk assessments, and handle night-time liaison with healthcare professionals and families. Your leadership will maintain a calm, secure, and reassuring environment for our residents while they sleep.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated night-shift professional ready to advance their career in social care. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Proven background working within a residential care setting.
Skills: Strong team leadership abilities, independent decision-making skills, and a commitment to night-time safety and resident wellbeing.
