The Opportunity
We are partnering with a digital banking organization currently progressing through a critical banking mobilisation programme. As they move through a fast-paced build phase, they are looking for an experienced Programme Test Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy, assurance framework, and quality governance across a SaaS-led banking platform.
Whilst this is a strategic leadership role, our client is specifically seeking someone who remains hands-on with testing execution, tooling, and technical frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy, assurance framework, and quality governance across a SaaS-led banking platform.
Lead testing coordination across a fast-paced digital banking mobilisation programme.
Validate complex architectures involving mobile application testing, integration, and API testing.
Implement, scale, and optimize AI-enabled testing approaches and modern automation frameworks.
Partner with engineering teams to embed CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering best practices.
Manage key stakeholder relationships across business and technical leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven commercial experience working as a Test Lead or Manager within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
Strong background in mobile application testing, integration, and API testing.
Experience scaling or implementing AI-enabled testing approaches and modern test automation frameworks.
Exposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, Snowflake, or payment platforms (such as ClearBank).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
