ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Admin Assistant, you will provide essential operational and administrative support, ensuring the care home runs smoothly and efficiently. This casual bank role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to choose day shifts that fit around your schedule while providing vital administrative cover during annual leave or busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the welcoming face and voice of the home, greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing incoming inquiries.
Support care home managers with core administrative duties, record keeping, and filing systems.
Show prospective residents and their families around the home, providing warm, informative tours.
Engage warmly with residents, families, and external professionals to foster a vibrant, happy atmosphere.
