About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a motivated and reliable Team Leader for a retail store in Birmingham. In this pivotal full-time night shift role, you will lead the day-to-day running of your department, lead by example, and ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting and motivating your team members on the shop floor.
Managing stock levels and keeping operations running smoothly during night shifts.
Supporting new starters and helping them develop their skills.
Stepping in to solve problems and working closely with store management to deliver high retail standards.
