ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for residents, families, and visitors. You will work alongside the kitchen and hospitality teams to deliver outstanding mealtime service throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dining areas so they are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Serve nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages to residents, ensuring high standards of service.
Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and dining area maintenance.
Engage warmly with residents to ensure their mealtime choices and dietary preferences are met.
Adhere strictly to food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a friendly, professional individual who takes pride in excellent customer service and loves interacting with people.
Requirements & Experience:
Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service environments.
A friendly, caring, and professional approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Solid understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a busy environment.
