As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank / Relief Night Carer for Cherry Garth. Tucked away in the heart of the Holmer Green community with easy access to High Wycombe, Cherry Garth is a modern, welcoming home featuring 60 fully furnished individual rooms across four separate wings, each complete with bright, sociable communal lounges and kitchenettes.
As a Night Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well-cared for through the night hours. From supporting personal care routines to offering a comforting presence and reassurance, you will help create a peaceful, safe environment where residents can rest easy.
Night-Time Support: Assist residents with personal care, nighttime routines, and mobility needs with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Peace & Comfort: Maintain a calm, safe, and secure environment throughout the night across our modern wings, monitoring resident wellbeing closely.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, reassurance, and a friendly ear to residents who may wake up during the night.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night team and handover colleagues to ensure consistent, high-standard care.
Experience: Both experienced night carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing development.
Personality: A warm, patient, empathetic, and reliable nature with a calm presence during night hours.
Communication: A great communicator who builds positive, trusting relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
Competitive Pay: £13.80 per hour.
