Salary: £34,274 - £40,640 per annum (Includes a base salary of £29,034 - £35,400 + £1,400 attendance allowance & up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 each)

As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will help young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs get their childhood back, creating positive pathways for them to become well-rounded adults. Your day-to-day will involve:

Daily Routines: Getting young people up and ready for school, helping with homework, and completing necessary paperwork.
Activities & Fun: Evenings and weekends are all about engagement! Whether you are playing on the Xbox, kicking a football around, hosting a film day, or going go-karting—this is part of your working day.
Mentorship: Tapping into each young person's individual personality, needs, and potential to guide them toward a brighter future.

What We Are Looking For
