What Is Required From You?

• Experience: Previous experience in a care setting is desired

• Personal Attributes: Kind, compassionate, and great with people

• Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is currently unavailable)

• Availability: Able to work night shifts (36 hours per week) including alternate weekends

What You Will Be Doing

• Personal Care: Providing compassionate personal care and night-time support.

• Medication Management: Administering and recording medication safely and accurately.

• Daily Living Support: Assisting with night routines and daily living activities.

• Engagement & Comfort: Supporting social engagement and providing a reassuring presence during the night.

• Wellbeing Promotion: Promoting dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.

• Team Collaboration: Delivering person-centred care effectively as part of a dedicated team.
