Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby to supply dedicated nursing professionals for a 12-month fixed-term assignment. Bradley Complex Care is a specialist residential service providing person-centered support for men and women with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, or personality disorders who may present challenging behaviors.
Please note: Candidates must have fully completed a Preceptorship (with verifiable evidence) to be considered for this post.
Deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adults with complex learning disability, autism, and mental health needs.
Take full accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care pathways.
Provide active mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members to foster a positive, collaborative ward culture.
Observe, record, and report all behavioral and clinical changes in service users, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and clinical accuracy.
Work dynamically within a multidisciplinary team to manage complex risks, support positive behavior strategies, and accelerate patient recovery and safe discharge.
To excel in this contract agency placement, you will need:
A relevant professional nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
Active NMC registration with no restrictions.
Fully completed Preceptorship (with supporting evidence).
Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible, resilient approach to complex clinical environments.
