Senior Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Care Assistants while overseeing the daily operation of the care unit and shift handovers.

• Administer medication, maintain accurate care records, and review personalised care plans.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding care delivery.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards the qualification.

• Previous experience in a senior care or care assistant role with strong leadership abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
