ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering quality, person-centred care to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with night-time routines, personal care, mobility, and morning preparations.
Follow tailored care plans to ensure every resident receives personalized care and support.
Provide compassionate companionship and one-to-one time during the night.
Support residents with night-time hydration, nutrition, and comfort needs.
Collaborate with the overnight care team to maintain a tranquil, safe, and welcoming environment.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a empathetic, dependable individual who brings a warm-hearted approach and dedication to elderly care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience caring for older adults (in a professional or care setting).
Positive "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills.
High levels of empathy, patience, and reliability for overnight shifts.
Commitment to delivering high-quality care and participating in ongoing training.
