Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Peripatetic Nurse (RGN) for Lochduhar Care Home and surrounding regional locations. In this dynamic role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams across different homes, oversee resident care plans, ensure safe medication management, and help mentor team members—all while enjoying the freedom and autonomy to practice at your very best.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) alongside a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Knowledge & Experience: Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge, a firm grasp of regulatory frameworks (including Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and NMC standards), and a proven track record of producing person-centred care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Personal Qualities: Ambitious, dedicated, and community-focused, with a motivating "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
