About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant for Fleet Hall Care Home in Hampshire.
In this role, you will make a positive impact on our residents' lives every day. Your core focus will be delivering high standards of personal care, supporting residents to maintain their independence, and contributing fully to the care team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection) and escalate any concerns promptly.
Act courteously and compassionately toward residents and their visitors.
Practice safe systems of work across all assigned duties.
