About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Manager (Nights) representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Bidfood in Lee Mill, you will lead our night shift operation and play a pivotal role in keeping everything moving. We are looking for an experienced, people-focused manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching teams to work safely, efficiently, and achieve the high standards our customers rely on.

• Leadership & Coaching: Inspire, guide, and develop a dedicated warehouse team to reach their full potential and hit operational targets.

• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement, manage resources effectively, and use KPI data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a warehouse team to achieve daily productivity and service targets.

• Monitor performance and use KPI data to drive continuous improvement and solve operational issues.

• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Handle management responsibilities including absence, performance, conduct, recruitment, and team briefings.

• Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Transport, and Operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Need to Apply

• Proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment.

• A genuine passion for developing, motivating, and supporting people.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with performance measures, operational KPIs, and IT operational systems.

• The ability to prioritise effectively and perform well under pressure with a strong focus on safety.
