Compensation: £13.45 / hour

Carlton House offers person-centred residential support for 10 male residents, alongside Carlton Cottage immediately adjacent, which supports an additional six males. The individuals we care for are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability, and our team is highly trained to support those with:

Complex needs
Mild to moderate behaviours that may challenge
A forensic background

Working a full-time schedule of 12-hour shifts (44 hours per week), you will be part of a team dedicated to helping each resident achieve their personal goals. Your natural empathy and strong personal boundaries will help you support these men through the highs and lows of their recovery journey, providing a safe and welcoming home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Daily Support: Partner with qualified staff to implement individual patient care plans, assisting with routine therapeutic tasks to facilitate resident wellbeing, treatment, and dignity.
Person-Centred Care: Provide high-quality personal care and everyday living support tailored to each individual's unique choices.
Goal Tracking & Key Working: Act as a key worker, empowering residents to set personal outcomes, develop life skills, and celebrate their progress.
Community Integration: Encourage and accompany residents as they participate in hobbies, daily activities, and local community life.
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise daily charts, notes, care plans, and progress records.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety, security, and strict confidentiality protocols across all duties.
