Requirements
Active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration with a valid PIN.
Proven experience in comprehensive care planning and proficiency with clinical assessment tools (e.g., Waterlow, MUST).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills focused on person-centered care.
