We are thrilled to be partnering with Lidl GB to source an exceptional, resilient, and confident leader for their Deputy Store Manager position in Crediton.
The Role
As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm, and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you’ll play a huge part in creating a place where you and your whole team can do your best work.
You’ll enjoy great responsibility while the Store Manager is absent, taking ownership of the store and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Set a spectacular example for the store team and your customers.
Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Motivate and support your team, guided by Lidl's Company Values.
Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs.
Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all queries.
Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.

What You’ll Receive:
Competitive Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 per annum based on equal opportunity structures.
Generous Leave: 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata).
