Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can perform at their best.
Store Performance: Manage and improve day-to-day operations, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes and solve problems proactively to keep the store running like clockwork.
Customer Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered to everyone who walks through the doors.
