About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency candidate stepping into this leadership role at Asda Aberdeen, you will play a key part in running your department day-to-day. Leading by example, you'll support your colleagues, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether managing stock, mentoring new starters, or solving problems on the shop floor, you will be a go-to person working closely with management to keep your team motivated and focused.
What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day running of your department and support store colleagues.
Help manage stock levels, maintain high merchandising standards, and solve operational problems.
Support new team members through their training and onboarding.
Drive a customer-first culture and ensure a positive shopping experience on the shop floor.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
