Quality & Governance Officer
Location: Head Office, Wimbledon (In-person, Monday to Friday)

Salary: £35,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting a Quality & Governance Officer to join the team at HFH Healthcare’s head office in Wimbledon, supporting safe, high-quality complex care at home.

Plan and complete scheduled and ad-hoc audits across care services, records, processes, and electronic systems.
Review care documentation, risk assessments, support plans, medication records, and incident reports to assess compliance with internal policies, regulations, and best practices.
Spot risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, producing accurate reports and maintaining detailed records of findings.
Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement action plans.
Support investigations into incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns, and help prepare for regulatory inspections and commissioner visits.

Experience in quality assurance, compliance, governance, auditing, or service improvement within health and social care.
Knowledge of UK health and social care regulations, quality standards, and best practice guidance (care planning, safeguarding, medication management, and risk management).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, accurate reports.
Confident using Microsoft Office and electronic care management or quality management systems.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK (and subject to pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check).
