At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting dedicated Bank Registered Nurses (RMN/RNLD) on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the clinical team at Ashcombe House Care Home in Basingstoke.
In this flexible clinical role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, using your clinical judgement to make key decisions. From developing tailored care plans to safe medication administration and risk assessments, you will have the autonomy to deliver high-quality, person-centered care while being genuinely valued for your professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Holistic Nursing Care: Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive clinical care covering the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
Clinical Decision-Making: Rely on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions and manage complex mental health or learning disability care needs.
Medication & Compliance: Administer medications safely in accordance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation.
Care Planning & Governance: Formulate tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments in compliance with DoLS/MCA frameworks and CQC standards.
Flexible Shift Coverage: Step in flexibly across day or night shifts to provide vital clinical cover during staff leave, sickness, or peak periods.
Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Registration: Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern clinical practices, DoLS/MCA frameworks, and pharmaceutical management guidelines.
Experience: Proven track record in producing robust care plans and conducting detailed risk assessments.
