In this role, you will develop your project management expertise while supporting the delivery of highly detailed programmes and customer contracts. Working within a structured project lifecycle, you will coordinate activities across multi-functional teams, supply chain partners, and senior stakeholders. You will utilize enterprise tools like SAP and performance reporting systems to ensure deliverables are met safely, efficiently, and in line with cost, quality, and schedule commitments.
Coordinate project activities through the full lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to safety, cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
Process orders via SAP and oversee end-to-end supply chain activities to hit contractual performance targets.
Plan and monitor contractual deliverables, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Identify schedule risks, evaluate downstream impacts, and implement proactive corrective actions.
Produce detailed performance reports, manage stock requirements, and facilitate review meetings with clear action tracking.
Industry Experience: Proven background working within defence, aerospace, or another highly regulated sector under structured governance frameworks.
Project Execution: Experience coordinating multiple projects or work packages against strict schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Technical Proficiency: Strong practical skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and enterprise systems like SAP.
Qualifications: Holds, or is actively working towards, a recognised project management credential (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, IMA) or an equivalent relevant degree.
Security Clearance: Must achieve at least a Baseline Personnel Security Standard. (Note: Many roles require higher national security vetting, typically necessitating 5 to 10 years of continuous UK residency).
