As a Bank Residential Senior Carer at Trinity Manor, you will take a hands-on leadership role in delivering quality, person-centred care and support. Working flexibly to provide cover for annual leave or sickness, you will lead, mentor, supervise, and delegate duties to the care team on shift.
Your responsibilities will also include administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nurses, and resident families while always championing resident dignity and choice.

Liaise professionally with healthcare professionals (GPs, district nurses) and resident families.
Provide flexible bank cover across mixed day or night shifts to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience working within a residential care setting.
Leadership Skills: Proven team leadership abilities and sound decision-making skills to support resident wellbeing.
