Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit two passionate, compassionate, and ambitious Recovery Coordinators to help shape their exciting new service in Blackpool.
In this vital full-time role, you will be at the heart of empowering individuals to take courageous steps toward positive change. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will help people navigate their recovery journeys, build confidence, develop resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling futures on their own terms.
Caseload & Care Management: Build trusted relationships with service users, developing personalised recovery plans to help them identify strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve their goals.
Holistic Support & Wellbeing: Support individuals to improve physical and emotional wellbeing, reconnect with family, access education or employment, and sustain long-term recovery.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with partners across health, social care, housing, criminal justice, and community services to deliver joined-up, person-centred care.
Service Shaping: Contribute fresh ideas and help shape local delivery within CGL's brand-new Blackpool service environment.
Experience: Compassionate individuals with background experience in substance use services, mental health, health, social care, housing, criminal justice, or another people-focused environment.
Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage competing priorities, and remain focused on positive outcomes.
Mindset: A strong belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to create positive change and live life to its full potential.
Requirements: Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK at the time of application (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing annually with service up to 30 days.
